Live satellite tracking

Check a satellite's position and plan your pass observation

Track the International Space Station (ISS), Starlink satellites, the Hubble Space Telescope and hundreds of other objects in orbit in real time. Choose your location on the map and see when they will pass above your home.

Observer location

Location required

Search for a place or enter exact coordinates. The selected location remains in this browser.

Upcoming passes

Waiting for location

Set an observer location to calculate passes for the selected satellite.

How satellite tracking works

The tracker combines the selected object with current orbital elements and calculates its predicted position for a chosen time and observer location. The displayed values are computed predictions, not direct measurements of the satellite.

Selecting an object and observing location

Choose a satellite by name or NORAD number, then verify the observer location. Changing the location affects altitude, azimuth and the list of visible passes, but it does not alter the object's catalogue data.

Reading a pass prediction

Start, maximum and end times describe the predicted pass for the selected location. Optical visibility also depends on satellite illumination, sky brightness, weather and local obstructions.
